Pleasant walk following the river Tees at Yarm and farmland paths. Part of the path (waypoint 1) is overgrown but still easy. The field paths were good but at this time of the year (july) a few parts were overgrown. Our main concern was the cows and bull at the field between waypoint A and B. There is a sign on the farthest gate (from Yarm) warning about cows and bull but we don't see the point of a sign as it does not stop you being attacked. They were quite "frisky" and we were worried but then we are wimps when it comes to cows, bulls, horses and dogs. The path is well used so it can't be a real problem. NOTE. I have contacted the farmer via Worsall parish council and he/she thanked us for the information but never said what would happen. If anybody has a problem in the future please let me know and I will get back to the council.
Part of the route back into Yarm is not accurate as I had turned off the gps and forgot to turn it on again.
The time is longer than it should be as we stopped to have a coffee with a friend.
